1. Payment Methods1.1. Customers can pay for orders using the following methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
- PayPal
- Stripe
- Bank transfer
1.2. All payments are processed securely via certified payment providers. The Seller does
not store or process card data.
1.3. Payment must be completed
in full before the order is processed.
2. Prices and Currency2.1. All prices are displayed in
EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
2.2. Additional costs such as shipping, customs duties, and import taxes (for international orders) are
not included and must be paid by the Customer.
2.3. The Seller reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. In case of such errors, the Customer will be informed, and the order may be cancelled or adjusted.
3. Order Confirmation3.1. After placing an order, the Customer will receive an
order confirmation via email, which includes order details and payment status.
3.2. The contract is considered concluded
upon sending the order confirmation.
4. Refund Policy4.1. Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Customer exercises the right of withdrawal within 14 days (for EU customers)
- Items are damaged or defective
- Orders are cancelled by the Seller due to stock or technical issues
4.2. Refunds are issued to the
original payment method.
4.3. Refunds will be processed
within 10 business days of receiving returned goods or confirming eligibility for refund.
4.4. For items returned under withdrawal, the Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
4.5. Exceptions to refunds:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Opened items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
5. Returns Procedure5.1. To return an item, Customers must:
- Contact the Seller via email within the withdrawal period (EU: 14 days)
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Ship items in original packaging, unused and undamaged
5.2. The Seller will inspect returned items and confirm eligibility for refund or replacement.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns6.1. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the Customer, except when:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The Seller has agreed to cover return shipping
6.2. International returns may involve additional shipping fees and customs handling, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
